Furnitee Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Furnitee! We strive to provide you with high-quality furniture and home decor, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully.

1. Refund and Returns Duration

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unaltered: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with its original packaging intact.
  • Exemption of Certain Goods: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are exempt from being returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Visible Signs of Use: Books with obvious signs of use or CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If needed, reach out to us at info@furnitee.com.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@furnitee.com and send the item to the provided physical address.

8. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the provided physical address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs; these costs are non-refundable.
